In Svizzera troverai sempre una farmacia locale di turno aperta (giorno e notte) per tutti i casi di emergenza. Sul nostro sito potrai facilmente verificare gli orari di apertura delle farmacie presenti nella tua zona.

Ci sono due categorie di medicinali: quelli che puoi acquistare con prescrizione medica e quelli che puoi acquistare senza.
Puoi recarti in una farmacia e ritirare i medicinali del primo tipo solo con una prescrizione di un medico. In questo caso devi consegnare la ricetta al farmacista per poter poi ricevere i medicinali.

Rimborsi e pagamenti
Per acquistare il 30% dei medicinali disponibili sul mercato è necessario presentare una prescrizione medica.
La assicurazione sanitaria di base rimborsa il 90% del costo del medicinale (tu paghi quindi il 10%).
Per acquistare i medicinali non coperti dal rimborso della assicurazione di base il costo è a carico del cliente o coperto da una polizza assicurativa complementare aggiuntiva.

Il pagamento dei medicinali dipende dal contratto che hai con la tua cassa malattia:
- alcune compagnie ti chiede di presentare una carta (che ti fornirà la compagnia stesa) alla farmacia che poi invierà il conto alla cassa malattia che a sua volta ti invierà una fattura pari al 10% del costo
- altre compagnie ti richiedono di anticipare il pagamento dei medicinali e di inviare loro la ricetta e la ricevuta del pagamento per provvedere poi al rimborso del 90% dell'importo.

Una medicina che non ha prescrizione medica non può essere coperta dalla assicurazione sanitaria.
